Why this person doesn't contact such a highly-reputed college directly?
Are Indians being scammed more and more including related to education? How many wealthy / highly-educated Indians do you know like the children of founders / Directors of Infosys and many other not so big Indian companies who have studied and live outside India? Is it also to save their time from scammers?
